- Yes, our office/showroom on Stroud Green Road, N4 is open for walk-ins any time during opening hours.
- If you are driving down, just let us know ahead of time as we might be able to accommodate with on-site parking.
- For items which we supply and fit our lead time is usually 4 to 5 weeks. During the busy summer and Christmas months, our lead times can stretch to a little over 7 weeks. Our typical lead times for supply only items throughout the year is 3 weeks.

Lead time starts from confirmation of the deposit and scope of work. This includes any decisions that need to be made on design, paint or ironmongery.

We only offer our standard range of furniture, however, you are more than welcome to supply your own range of ironmongery. We only recommend that this be checked with us for compatibility.
- As standard, our windows are made of Scandinavian Redwood with Hardwood (Red Grandis) cills; our Sash Windows also have a hardwood meeting rail and bottom rail as a standard.
- All our Doors are made from Hardwood as a standard
- Apart from our standard options, we also offer a range of different timber types, including but not limited to Oak, Accoya, Sapele, Meranti.
We accept all payment methods, including Cash, BACs, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque, etc.
Of course you can. Apart from the simple case of like-for-like design, we can also tailor the design to your needs.
I’m afraid not, our position around planning permission would be to provide any paperwork and/or supporting materials that may be asked of you by the planning officer.
Yes, please clear the immediately surrounding area where the installation is to take place. If there are any large items that might be difficult to clear away, just let the team know on the day, and they’ll be more than happy to help where the can.
